Al-'Adiyat

The Courser

Al-Adiyat opens with charging creatures, striking sparks, and a dawn raid that raises dust. This intense movement gives way to a moral accusation: the human being is ungrateful to the Lord and fiercely attached to wealth. The chapter ends by asking whether people recognize the coming disclosure of graves and inward secrets. Their Lord already knows them fully. The urgency of outward pursuit is measured against the neglected reality of inner accountability and the heart's hidden attachments.
